Ahmad W Ghowsi

Ahmad W Ghowsi is the Founder and President of the Bright Community Organisation and the driving force behind the Ramadan Night Market Dandenong, an iconic multicultural event recognised for its significant social and economic impact across the region. He also serves as Managing Director of Ausfood Global, where he brings over a decade of experience in food import, distribution, and international trade, sourcing products from more than 12 countries and facilitating complex global supply partnerships.

Ahmad holds a Master of Business Administration (International) and a Master of Professional Accounting from Deakin University, completed in 2012. During his studies, he served as President of the Deakin Graduate Business Society, which was formally recognised by the University as a high-achieving executive leadership team.

In 2013, Ahmad was honoured as Deakin University’s Young Alumnus of the Year, acknowledging his outstanding service to the community and his profession. He has also completed studies in Migration Law at Victoria University and remains deeply committed to global business, community advancement, and strengthening multicultural inclusion.
